In the beginning, surveyed member schools about needs of online learning from schools, administrators, teachers and students. Asked what do you want to do. Then created the "heavy lifting" for the schools in the consortium. Did a consortium RFP to get the best quality content. Assembled host of options for teachers.
    - Kept the Board informed each step of the way for ongoing support.
